Individual and group art therapy sessions offer a way to explore the Self through your own art making, using guided meditations, paints, clay, poetry, story and movement. Vera is a transpersonal arts counsellor with punk rock credentials. She works holistically and person-centred, weaving together personal meaning-making, Jungian symbolism and archetypal themes, with trauma informed awareness and lived-experience. £75.
