Breathe and move with fluidity.
Perfect for anyone with at least three years of dance experience and who is looking to gain a new insight into contemporary dance.
Luke teaches a dynamic release-based class which is informed by improvisation and somatic practices. The class will explore body patterns focused around energising the core of the body and connecting to the ground with our weight. The class will explore the principles of agility, use of weight and focus plus creative choreographic tasks. The live music by Bobby Demers will help inspire your movement throughout the class.
