Guided by Sam Vaherlehto, you will explore how different parts of the body can initiate movement and influence the whole body's journey through space. Through contemporary dance exercises, learn how the chest, spine, shoulders, and head work together to generate expressive movement. Move with live music as you explore key contemporary dance skills and gain confidence for your next step.
