Awakening the Light Within is a free community event featuring guided meditation, live music and an inspiring conversation with Daaji (Kamlesh D. Patel), Global Guide of Heartfulness. Taking place in the heart of London, the morning offers an opportunity to step back from the pace of daily life, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Explore themes of wellbeing, consciousness, modern life, science, AI and inner transformation, while experiencing meditation in a welcoming and inclusive setting. The event will also introduce Heartfulness UK's new sustainability and community initiative in South East London. No previous meditation experience is required. Meditation. Music. Reflection.
