This intensive will run from Monday 10 to Friday 14 August.
Work on your ballet basics, building strength, alignment and self-expression.
New to ballet or thinking about coming back? This beginner-friendly intensive is the perfect place to start. You'll learn key ballet basics like posture, turnout, and how to move smoothly through the barre and centre all broken down in a clear, easy-to-follow way.
Build strength, improve balance, and gain confidence in a supportive, no-pressure environment, while discovering your own sense of self-expression through movement.
Come curious, leave feeling stronger, more coordinated, and ready to enjoy dancing. These classes are accompanied by a live pianist.
