This intensive will run from Monday 10 to Friday 14 August.
Beginner-friendly contemporary technique to help you move with freedom, clarity, and control.
Based on the Cunningham technique, these classes sharpen your clarity, coordination, and spatial awareness in a fresh, dynamic way.
Designed for improvers, you'll build strength and confidence through engaging phrases and combinations that develop across the week, so you can really feel your progress.
Explore musicality, timing, and independence while challenging your body in new ways. Leave feeling stronger, more connected to your movement, and confident in how you move through space. These classes are accompanied by a live musician.
