Classes run Monday 17 to Friday 21 August 2026 Move with freedom, feel the rhythm, and express yourself through contemporary dance. This class is all about moving with energy, joy, and confidence. Sarah brings a vibrant, uplifting atmosphere to the studio, helping you build strength, control, and musicality in a way that feels good in your body, accompanied by live music that brings every moment to life. We often begin with playful improvisation, followed by a rhythm-led warm-up to wake up the body and get you moving. From there, you'll explore exercises designed to build strength, flow, and ease. Each class builds into a longer, dynamic phrase that brings everything together, full-body movement, rhythm, and coordination, so you can move with freedom, confidence, and plenty of energy.
