Driven by a curated, rhythm-led playlist, you'll begin with a full-body warm-up to activate focus and awareness. Expect demanding floorwork and dynamic sequences that build strength, flow, and precision, before moving into a longer phrase that challenges full-body coordination and rhythmic detail.
A rigorous, performance-driven class focused on clarity, power, and intention in every movement.
